After three years of inactivity, we'll send a reminder email. If there's no response within 60 days, we'll delete the account and most associated data. Course completion certificates and transcripts get archived separately for verification purposes—we keep those for seven years.

Financial and Legal Records

Taiwan tax laws require us to maintain billing records for five years. If there's an ongoing legal matter or dispute involving your account, relevant data stays until that's resolved.

Immediate Deletion Process

Don't want to wait three years? Request account deletion anytime through your settings or by emailing us. We'll process it within 30 days, removing all personal information except what we must retain for legal compliance.
